Hillsiders invited to boys' schools discussion

Members of the Hillside School community are invited to attend an upcoming panel discussion exploring the virtues of schools for boys on Monday, December 7.
The panel discussion, titled “The Virtues of Boys’ Schools,” will take place in Ward Hall at St. Sebastian’s School at 7:00 pm. St. Sebastian’s School is located at 1191 Greendale Avenue in Needham.
Panelists for discussion are Richard I. Melvoin, headmaster of Belmont Hill School; Kerry P. Brennan, headmaster of The Roxbury Latin School; and William L. Burke III, headmaster of St. Sebastian’s School. Kai Bynum, board member of the International Boys’ School Coalition, will serve as moderator.
Through this event, the panel members will speak about the educational and developmental benefits of boys’ schools. Both Hillside School parents and students, as well as staff members and faculty, are invited to attend this presentation.
