Technology

Hillside is committed to teaching students how to work and communicate responsibly using technology. All students are required to log-on to the campus-wide wireless network with a unique username and password to encourage responsible internet use. Also, all students are required to register their technology (ipads, ipods, laptops, etc.) with the Director of Technology. 

Students are required to adhere to Hillside's Acceptable Use Policy.

All classrooms at Hillside are equipped with a projector, computer and speakers and most are equipped with SmartBoard technology. While many students choose to bring their own laptop computer to school, Hillside provides netbooks to all students who do not bring their own computer.  All courses at Hillside have a class site which provides students and their parents access to assignments and other resources.
