Sean Hayes

Sean joined the Admission Office in 2013 as the Senior Associate Director of Admission. He is a graduate of Tufts University where he earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts after attending St. Mark's School. Sean previously served as the Associate Director of Admission and Athletic Liaison at Becker College. Prior to that, Sean worked at The Winchendon School as a teacher, coach and advisor and spent his last three years there as the Associate Director of Admissions.

Emily Williamson

After graduating from Anna Maria College with an MBA and an MSIOP, Emily has worked in higher education for the last seven years, specifically in college admissions. She has been an Admissions Counselor, Assistant Director of Admissions, and most recently Director of Transfer Admission and Dual enrollment at Anna Maria College. Emily brings her knowledge and experience of marketing and the recruitment process to the students and their parents at the Hillside School, guiding them through the admission process. Also, as a former college athlete and coach, she realizes teamwork, communication and school spirit are key to reaching goals.

Ross Olsson

Director of Hockey Operations/Head Coach and an Associate Director of Admissions


Ross joined Hillside School in 2023. He is a graduate of Endicott College where he earned a degree in Sport Management plus a MBA in his 4th year. Ross just finished up his professional hockey playing career in the AHL/ECHL where he was a captain and assistant captain 3 of the 4 years. He is coming to Hillside School as the Director of Hockey Operations/Head Coach and an Associate Director of Admissions. He is able to bring his knowledge for teamwork and leadership to Hillside.

Meagan MacNeil

Admissions Associate


Meagan joined the team as an Admissions Associate in 2023. She studied at Suffolk University where she graduated with her bachelors degree in Global and Cultural Communication. During her time at Suffolk she was also a member of the Women’s Ice Hockey team. Meagan continued her studies at Suffolk and received her Masters degree in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and Advertising. As a former college athlete she is able to bring many qualities to the admissions team, some being her willingness to learn, communication skills, and being a reliable teammate.
